Shipping Policy

At Black Steel, we take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with the utmost care and attention. All of our products are manufactured in collaboration with a trusted third-party partner located within the United States. Once an order is placed, it follows a two-step shipping process: first, your product is shipped from our manufacturing partner to our facility for inspection and preparation, and then it is sent directly from our facility to you. All shipping costs are put in place for the manufacturer.

While our multi-step process is designed to uphold the highest standards of quality, it may add additional time to delivery. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately two weeks from the date of purchase. As our company continues to grow, we are actively streamlining our logistics to reduce delivery times and provide an even faster, more seamless shipping experience for our valued customers.
