Submission Policy
Black Steel Clothing welcomes creative contributions from our community and values the opportunity to showcase original designs. To ensure a smooth and professional process, all design submissions must meet the following requirements:
1. Design Image: Submit a clear image of your design in one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
2. Submitter Information: Include your full first and last name with your submission.
3. Written Consent: Provide explicit permission for the use of your design by including the following statement in your email: “I, [FULL NAME], give consent for Black Steel Clothing to use the designs and information included in this email.”
4. Content Guidelines: Designs must meet a PG-13 standard in order to be eligible for approval.
5. Style Consistency: Submissions should align with the established style and aesthetic of Black Steel’s existing product line.
Every submission will undergo a careful review to ensure it meets these requirements. Approved designs will be redrawn to preserve accuracy and consistency before being integrated into our collection. This process allows us to maintain the quality, integrity, and unique brand identity that define Black Steel Clothing.
